New Energies from The Silver Block
Patrick & Shana learned both Reik I and II and are also initiated in a number of much newer and very powerful energies from The Silver Block which are explained in this article.
Silver Energies are gentle, high-vibration energy channels that we use in remote energy sessions at Living Naturally. Each energy has its own quality and intention, and together they cover every area of life, from your foundation and well-being to abundance, creativity, spiritual guidance and your family line. Below you can explore the energies by life area and discover which ones resonate with you. During an intake we look together at what fits your situation and put together a personal combination.
Please note: Energy work is complementary. It does not replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you have health complaints, always consult your GP or another qualified healthcare professional, and do not stop or change any treatment or medication without their advice. The descriptions on this page reflect the intention of each energy and how people may experience it; results differ from person to person and are not guaranteed.
Foundation
The base energies that form the groundwork for all other Silver energy work. Silver Light, Silver Flame and Silver Thread are often used together at the start of a session.
Silver Light
A bright, high-frequency energy of light and transformation, and the foundation for working with all other Silver energies. Its intention is to gently release old, heavy energies so that inner change can unfold calmly and at your own pace. It also strengthens the other energies you work with.
Supports: letting go of old emotional patterns; clarity of thought and intuition; a feeling of being protected; lightness within your family line; raising your personal vibration.
Silver Flame
Known as “the channel of eternity”, a warm and nourishing energy for your whole being. Many people choose it during periods when their inner reserves feel low, for example in a demanding phase of life.
Supports: a renewed sense of vitality; feeling strengthened and replenished; gentle support during periods of recovery, alongside regular care.
Silver Thread
“The energy of life.” The silver thread is seen as the connection between soul and body, running through the heart area. Stress and life’s challenges can make this connection feel thin; this energy is intended to nourish and strengthen it. It is lovely to receive daily, ideally before sleep.
Supports: a feeling of wholeness and groundedness; renewed energy; inner balance in demanding times; feeling supported before or after a big life event, alongside regular medical care.
Divine Mystical Cell
A one-time initiation that invites every part of you to remember its natural harmony. After the initiation the energy keeps working quietly in the background for 21 days, with no further practice needed. Anyone can take part, and the initiation includes the right to pass it on.
Supports: a sense of renewal and fresh beginnings; letting go of what no longer serves you; expanding your awareness and inner light.
Well-being and cleansing
The largest group, focused on physical well-being, lightness and energetic cleansing. Silver Lymph and Silver Blood are often included as a base in sessions.
Golden Drop
A clear, high-vibration energy for energetic cleansing. We recommend drinking plenty of water during and after a session.
Supports: a feeling of lightness and flow; energetic cleansing; a sense of inner freshness.
Silver Bell
A cleansing energy that helps stuck energy flow again in your energy field. It works well as a “booster” alongside other energies, and some people like to use it every few months as an energetic check-up.
Supports: releasing tension and stagnation; a feeling of flow in the body; deep relaxation; renewed connections and pleasant surprises.
Quintessence of Silver 999
The energetic quality of pure silver, working at a high frequency. Unlike the other energies, it is simply activated, either in general or with one specific intention.
Supports: a feeling of energetic protection, for example in busy places; energetic cleansing; a sense of resilience; shielding from heavy or draining energies.
Silver Astaxanthin
A supportive energy that complements any session. Its intention is to bring freshness and vitality, especially in times of stress or a busy lifestyle.

Supports: feeling grounded and balanced; energetic cleansing; a sense of comfort and ease in the body.
Silver Heart
A powerful, multidimensional energy for the heart and for spiritual growth. Its intention is to help mend what feels broken, including a broken heart, and to restore a sense of wholeness. Because it is strong, we introduce it once you are familiar with the Silver energies, and we always check together whether it suits you.
Supports: emotional wholeness; harmony and joy; warmth in partner and family relationships; connection with your life purpose and inner integrity.
Silver Arch
An energy of transformation for the heart chakra, the “spiritual heart”. It is often combined with Silver Heart: Arch for the energetic heart, Heart for the emotional heart.
Supports: opening your heart; love for yourself, others and the world; openness to true love; family ties; connection with your soul.
