Patrick

Patrick is very curious and has always been interested in other cultures. This drive allowed him to experience many adventures, finding out how things work in the world, including learning Ayurveda, Human Design and Energy work alongside his career as project and grant management consultant in International Development Aid.

Patrick cares about other people and believes that all people on the planet deserve to thrive. Patrick wants to help as many people on the planet as possible to shine and thrive through affordable and quality health coaching, energy healing and an online community. Patrick is very good at energy healing Human Design readings/analysis and leading our online community. Patrick excels in asking inspiring questions, inspiring ideas, has a sense of humor and has a knack of saying the things you need to know in a session based on his intuition. He can also help you to relax and regain strength with a remote energy healing.

Shana

Shana has been active as an independent certified coach since 2008 and has gained extensive experience in coaching, management of HR, the field of education and fundraising for charities both in the Netherlands and abroad.

Shana is a natural born leader and inspiring and transformative coach / mentor for others. Shana loves to shake things up and address the tough stuff in order to help you grow and navigate challenging times in your life. She is a true soul sister whom you can rely on for holding space and handling emotionally intense situations, helping you to see the light at the end of the tunnel. She loves to help you to shine and thrive and excels in helping you to find direction, (self) love and navigate your emotional energy. She is also very inspirational, motivational (kick in the butt!)  and a pragmatic problem solver.

An adventurous couple

We were self-employed entrepreneurs in The Netherlands, Suriname, Laos, Thailand, Singapore and Myanmar and have been active in the Netherlands again since 2022. Entrepreneurship and pioneering are in our blood, and we want to share our knowledge and experience in this area and make it available to as many people as possible.

Patrick and Shana are both HSP (Highly Sensitive People). We are a power couple who have been together for over 20 years and have an 18-year-old daughter and 2 cats (1 from Laos and 1 from Myanmar). We work closely together in Living Naturally and have the shared desire to help at least 100,000 people on this planet as possible grow, flourish, and shine! 

Thanks to our experience abroad, we both speak English fluently and we are able to handle cultural differences well. As we are based in The Netherlands, we can also serve the Dutch speaking community in The Netherlands and globally.
